Digging through some old paperwork and found a comprehensive list of most, if not all signal box codes from the beginning of auto signalling on the District in 1905 to today - hopefully this may answer many questions. Please correct any you feel wrong, but this list is from LT so should be 99.99% (even if it looks iffy!) Tube lines to be done in a following post.
DISTRICT LINE Codes west of Earl's Court were prefixed 'W' and east of Earls Court 'E' under the original 1905 series. A few corrections on the District (present day):
WB - West Kensington (east) & Olympia WD - Barons Court & Hammersmith WK - Turnham Green EE - Gloucester Road EJ - Tower Hill OB - Aldgate & Aldgate East
What happend to the East end of the District on your list?  FB - Bromley-By-Bow FC - Plaistow FE - East Ham FF - Barking & Upney FG - Dagenham East FJ - Hornchurch FM - Upminster
Also missing are: GB - Gunnersbury to Richmond* W - East Putney - Wimbledon*
* = Network Rail signals; code is used on other lines too.

For some wierd reason, forgot to include F-prefixed codes east of Campbell Rd - sorry!
Two points of interest - According to my LT paperwork, 'FD' was originally to have been the code for East Ham.
Also, there seems to be a long-standing anomoly regarding the LMS signalling between Campbell Rd Jn and Upminster. From Campbell Rd to a point beyond Barking, the signalling used was NOT the type used on the Watford New Lines. This was straight two-aspect signalling in standard two-lamp signal heads (manufactured by SGE) with LT fog repeaters provided. This was completed in 1932. The signalling from beyond Barking to Upminster was of the Watford-type, provided between 1932-33 when the extra District tracks were completed.

Heh heh also noticed WL - Turnham Green is a typo, should read WK. Didn't include EJ - Tower hill - thanks Colin!
Did not include GB and W as they are codes for Network Rail controlled signalling.

I don't know when the floodgates were introduced, but there must have been some forward planning as the FD code is now used to denote floodgate X signals (FDX).
EDIT: I'm interested to know where FH, FK, and FL disappeared to (assuming they were ever used).

Re Whitechapel I thought the IMR was now controlled from New X depot the controllers diagrams still show code B.

I didn't include these as i have only seen very scant evidence of these boxes ever having been coded, so did not want to assume. The codes you state tally with what i have. The reason for uncertainty is that the Widened Lines were not track-circuited and fitted with auto signalling until 1924-26 so it is unlikely these codes would have been carried by signals, though the sources i and harsig are working from would at least suggest the codes were used for reference.

Also noticed Hornchurch was changed from planned code 'FK' to 'FJ' around 1959.
