Depends where for, and for what purpose.

There are plenty of suitable plans available within London Underground, but in general they won't be released to the public for security reasons.

However, there are a number of historical plans available on the web.

Now back to my OP are there any track & signal plans available or can someone help, it is possible to ride round the DLR but that's a mine field.
