Front of train design

The DLR are currently asking for opinions on the livery applied to the front of the older vehicles.

There are three options, basically red, red with black edging, or black. You can see mockups and vote for your favourite at www.dlrlondon.co.uk/HaveYourSay/vehiclepoll.aspx

After you have voted you can see the current results. After 637 votes one of the options has a commanding lead with 66% of the vote, but I'm not going to prejudice you by saying which one that is here!

I personally prefer option 3, as it would certainly introduce a (more) common look across the fleet, as the B07 stock have these black fronts. It also looks neater.

...I've just noticed that some of the older stock are now being repainted with black fronts. I think 02 and 10 were the two units that I spotted this morning.

Yes, the B.90s and B.92s. 48 was the first done a couple of months (at least) back
