If that's the case B would be between Southgate and Oakwood as they're consecutive sections of the Piccadilly line. The 5th in the set would be Cockfosters itself.

Thanks to enness we now have location A: Answer: Location A:Southgate - ticket hall ceiling [Chris M] (click for a larger version) And blackhorsesteve location B and the link Location B: Between Oakwood and Southgate - access route [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Link: These are consecutive locations along the Piccadilly line 5th in the set: Cockfosters That just leaves inset A and C1 to solve.
