Location A I believe is around Bow Road Location B is somewhere in Upminster Location C I think is between Dagenham East and Dagenham Heathway Location D is outside Acton Town
The link is that the District Line serves these areas

You have B and C, but not A or D and the link isn't related to Parks. Location B: Between Bury Street Junction and Bush Hill Park - Class 315 passing under A10 Great Cambridge Road [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Between Stanmore Junction and Wembley Park - view to Brook Avenue from southbound Jubilee Line train [Chris M] (click for a larger version) There aren't any clue versions of A or D. 458511's suggested locations cannot be reached direct from the actual locations.

A is just south of Surrey Quays D is the Du Cane Road flyover west of White city.
