I'm going to the answer given is not specific enough in terms of railway geography. You should be able to at least narrow it down to being between consecutive stations.

It’s Clapton Junction, just after the River Lee/Lea. So stations wise, it’s between Clapton and St James’ Street or Clapton and Tottenham Hale. I had many happy times watching the trains here from the Hill in Springfield Park when I was a kid.
