Answer: Location A: Bermondsey - mid level concrete beams in atrium area above escalators [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Between Canons Park and Queensbury - railway passing The Hive stadium viewed from junction of Dalston Gardens and Wigton Gardens [Chris M] (click for a larger version) t697 only has part of the bonus answer.

3rd stage of JLE opening linked new and old so you could travel between these two places without changing trains.

Bonus answer: The Bakerloo line took over Stanmore branch from Metropolitan line on 20 Nov 1939 and the JLE opened for through services 20 Nov 1999
