Euston reverser today at about 10:20

Seen indicated at Camden Town today (don't know from which branch).
I assume it's not a regular timetabled service. Anyone know why it happened? (Annoyingly I had to go somewhere, otherwise I'd have caught it to see what happened)

It had to be cleaned at Barnet due to soiled seats, it ran to Euston via Bank where it reversed, presumably to get back on to right time working.
