Admin - Please feel free to move this post if it's in the wrong placeJust to say thanks to Paul xxxxx (and his colleague) in the ticket office at Highbury & Islington this afternoon (about 5 o'clock) for their help with my suddenly dead Oystercard. Thank goodness it died there, and not at Bayswater (which was ever so slightly busy)... Admin comment: No problem with the post being here - but we can't condone using the full name of a current employee (I have edited that part). As prjb say's below, please do pass on your positive feedback to customer services - those staff members will appreciate it

LU move customers from A to B, they used to do it via 'C'.

If you are happy with the service you received from our staff, do feel free to contact LU Customer Services. Particularly as you have names, dates, and times. These messages do get passed on to staff and generally their manager backs it up with an award. If you have the time I know that the staff involved will appreciate your thanks.

No, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. So often good service goes unrewarded and it means a lot to staff when customers get in touch to say thanks.

One of the truest statements on the forum! Totally agree with you matey. When I left my old station, approx a month ago, many people came up to me, telling me how saddened they were that I was leaving. I felt very humbled, but happy. Lu staff get so much stick, that it feels very special when someone is appreciative of our efforts. Despite working at a busy tube station, my manner was that of someone working on a sleepy branchline, going out of my way to help them, asking them how their mum/husband etc was, and having a joke or two along the way. I will stop thinking wistfully now! ;D
