Does anyone know what tunnelling work that could be?

Also the creation of new passageways within the station at Bond Street, which will require the non-stopping of Central Line trains from Wednesday until 17 June, then Jubilee Line trains from 30 June-30 November.
(which would be regarded as tunnelling work, I'm sure)
