odd issue with doors

I was travelling on the Victoria line today around 11:30am and noticed something odd with the front doors on the train from oxford circus to victoria...at green park the train had barely stopped before the train doors opened as usual, so much so that the doors opened as most people were still regaining the balance from the train stopping. I could have sworn they actually opened before we'd fully stopped.

At victoria, the exact same happened again and with the momentum the lot door opened but the right door clearly tried to open but the momentum meant it got stuck shut and only a few seconds later did it open automatically but very slowly... Again it felt like they opened before we had stopped.

Have they adjusted the timings of these or was this just faulty? I only did those two stops but I actually felt unsafe standing by the doors.

It reminded me a bit of those trains in paris where you can open the train doors before the unit has stopped on the platform...

TL;DR: It's perfectly safe, and is to do with how the 'Correct Side Door enable' (CSDE) equipment is set up on the Victoria. It also happens on the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines, and can still happen on the S stock. It was also present with the previous generation of sub-surface stock.
