They all look like between stations on the East end of the Central line in the rural idylls of Essex to me though I don't know that end especially well to know which is which; I'm therefore guessing the Bonus locations would be between Epping and Ongar?

The former motorways A102(M), Blackwell Tunnel Northern Approach, A40(M) Westway and M41 Westway Link Road were downgraded to Normal A Roads to allow the Mayor Of London to have control of them as were managed by the Department of Transport Highways Agency, and was done in around the year 2000.

I think that when the M11 first opened, the Central line bridge over the A406 beteen South Woodford and Woodford may have just about crossed the beginning of the M11. An old exit sliproad of the M1 took the route of the unopened Northern line extension between Mill Hill East and Edgware.

Was just about to say about the planned M15, which became the A406 link to the M11 at Redbridge, so the other location is as Ganthill says is between South Woodford and Woodford where this crosses the North Circular Road A406.
Another place the M1 crosses the former Northern Heights extension at Mill Hill The Hale.

The Bakerloo line between Paddington and Warwick Avenue must go under Westway.
And the Jubilee line goes under the former A102(M) around North Greenwich.
