Only guessing D is Baker Street.
And what is a backflap manhole No 60? Sounds extremely rude. Maybe another name for a shirt tail?

B looks like is in a museum but i'm not sure...but it does look a bit like St. James's Park. A looks like Barbican, and C Aldgate East?

I would have thought that D represented a location on the Midland Railway so St Pancras seems more likely

Kings Cross St Pancras is D
Link all stations that have 3 or more names in the station in Zone 1 only
Notting Hill Gate is Zone 1/2

And what is a backflap manhole No 60? Sounds extremely rude. Maybe another name for a shirt tail? I suspect any shirt tail there would get rather dirty rather quickly! I have no idea what a backflap manhole is - it's partly why I took the photo.

A backflap manhole is one which has a hinged lid, rather than being a cover which is just lifted out
