"Central Line: NO SERVICE between Queensway and Marble Arch and SEVERE DELAYS on the rest of the line while we fix a signal failure at Queensway. Tickets are being accepted on local buses and Greater Anglia services. No service between Queensway and Ealing Broadway / West Ruislip due to planned engineering work." Points have failed already!

Wood Lane halted the westbound from Stratford to Marble Arch for a "points issue" at 22:40, ten minutes later they suspended the service Marble Arch to Queensway in both directions for a points failure which was followed about an hour later by the announcement that the suspension would be until the close of traffic and all trains would reverse at Marble Arch
The only problem with that was the last train from Queensway to Epping 005 was supposed to leave Marble Arch (00:27) after the last Marble Arch to Hainault via Newbury Park train 044 (00:25) but 005 left Leytonstone westbound (23:40) before 044 (23:46) so they were switched around with 005 running on time and 044 running about five minutes late.
Thanks to the aforementioned lack of Night Tube drivers the train before 005, train 004, had been cancelled so there hadn't been an eastbound train for at least 14 minutes before 005 left Marble Arch and unsurprisingly the platforms were packed.
To further complicate matters some genius decided that rather than both last trains leaving from Platform 3 at Leytonstone the last Epping train would leave from Platform 2 while the last Hainault would leave from Platform 3 which led to the predictable carnage as passengers sprinted along the platforms then up and down the stairs in opposite directions to catch their last train
BTW I had the pleasure of driving 005 tonight so got to witness all this myself
Charles Holden's design for 55 Broadway was supposedly inspired by Meso American ziggurats, I think it would be highly appropriate if whoever approved these timetables and rosters were be taken to the rooftop garden for ritual sacrifice to the Railway Gods!

Sunday morning 26 September, no service East of Queensway due to train cancellations at 0700. Engineering work west of Queensway with omnibus rail replacement service.

That will be all the Night Tube duties that are uncovered because they've switched to full time not bringing trains into service so they're having to wait until the full time drivers book on then somehow make their way to the depots and sidings to bring trains into service at the right time to fit the timetable.

Meanwhile omnibus replacement services were delayed between Greenford and Northolt w/b by the great unwashed queueing to buy road motor spirit, mainly at the Northolt roundabout on the A40. When the supply expired conglomeration of road vehicles dispersed until replacement supplies were delivered late on Sunday afternoon. However, similar situations existed later on Sunday just east of Park Royal and other locations.
There was a lovely collection of engineering support vehicles at North Acton for thos interested in such thinks.

I was informed this evening that trains will now be stopped at Bank as normal this weekend.

Utter mayhem last night, because of the engineering works there were timetable alterations to get trains in the right place for the morning.
Rather than handing over my train at Leytonstone at the end of my duty as normal the "special working" sheets said I'd be relived at White City and travel back "on the cushions" except when I got to White City there was no one there.
I called up the train manger on the desk and they couldn't find any mention of my duty being relieved at White City but when they checked with the TM at Leytonstone there wasn't anybody available to relive me there.
Finally Wood Lane decided that the train would have to be stabled at White City two hours earlier than timetabled and I ended up getting into the rear cab of an eastbound train at exactly the time I was supposed to be booking off at Leytonstone.
Unwanted overtime and I missed the last W16 bus. Can't wait to see what goes wrong today!

Trains hitting the emergency brake in the middle of the pulling into station. Then slowly accelerating to the end of the platform! I presume this is ATO code loss. Trains in the eastern end have been horrendous - almost a 10 minute wait for a train during the peak hours of Friday. Anyone know exactly what is going on?!

Rather than losing codes that's ATO "getting lost" due to low adhesion in the rain and the driver having to fully berth the train in Coded Manual. I've done that twice so far this evening and that was on the first half.
Train cancellations yesterday are partly the mess with "special working" I mentioned previously but also because we're still using rosters/timetables with Night Tube duties on Fridays and Saturdays
Except there aren't many Night Tube drivers left so there are a lot of duties uncovered and trains are having to be stabled early.
Hopefully the new timetable and rosters in November will sort that out
