4 Looking down the Thames from Milennium Bridge. This is close enough for me (the answer on the card is "The Shard and Souuthwark Bridge [ humbug]"). The clue version is unmodified.

I'm annoyed right now because I walked past Winchester Cathedral just a few weeks ago. I recognised it instantly on seeing the clue version. I guess that goes to show just how good of a job was done hiding it's location by using only part of the picture.
(Of course, it really didn't help that I was looking at it on my phone...)
