Well, Rayners Lane to Uxbridge is run by both Met and Picc, so something that messes up the Met will probably mess the Picc too!
Or, since this line was built by the Met, is it that the station staff are still Met staff rather than Picc staff?

And this when a much reduced service is running on the Met, with no trains south of Wembley Park!

Or, since this line was built by the Met, is it that the station staff are still Met staff rather than Picc staff? Yes the only Picc staff past South Harrow are the Train Ops. Station staff and the Signal Ops at Rayners Lane come under SSL.

The delays were because there was no Signalman at Harrow on the Hill, hence the Non-Availibilty of Staff. The Mets were only running Uxb-Ral and Amm-Wat via Rky North Curve and no Chiltern diesels.
