Has anyone heard Emma, I think its her, doing the rounds yet. I've heard her at Earl's Court. Will they eventually be putting her in all stations, replacing the timeless, "mind the gap"

Can you imagine Ken Livingstone doing the announcements, in his lovely nasally monotone voice. Yeessss, trrrrrainnn aaaarrrivvvinnnnggg is caaalllinngggg allllllll stationsss to hiiiiigh Barrrrneettttt. If that happens I would bus it,probably would do announcements on the bus then, he does like organising everything doesnt he [ or dictate might be a better word]. What about Stephen Fry, has a lovely voice or for a lady, Katie Derham. Was at Great Portland Street a week ago and it had the guy doing mind the gap.

Despite the degree of poetic licence that will inevitably have crept into the stories over the years, it is still surprising that he emerged from the education process without serious injury.
