has anyone else seen the hopeless replacement bus service that is being run between hatton cross and the heathrow terminals this weekend. Their was nearly 1500 - 2000 people standing outside in the cold waiting for buses the bus stating was looking like a cattle market people everywhere and the few replace ment buses that were operating were not able to move because of to many people on the roads.
The local buses were a mess to as their stops were impossible to get to as crowds of people were blocking them their were like 1 normal underground staff trying to sort this matter out whilst the temporary support staff were all standing haveing a smoke.
According to the local bus drive who i know the day has been a complete disaster from start to finish no one knows whats happening.
hope know one was stuck in this today like i was as i live at this end of the line

I'm just sorry I missed the crossovers I am however surprised that everything went to pieces like this - the London Buses sector of TfL usually does a good job getting rail replacement services together. Is this section to be closed again anytime soon?
