16 Stabling road at Edgware is one of the last vestiges of this plan,it's next to the NB at the rear of the bus garage.

Proposed Train Services over Northern Extensions.
I extracted the following from three publications-
Seven car trains normally propsed to begin with.
Bushey Heath/Archway/Charing X (7/6) A C High Barnet/Archway/Charing X (7/6) A C High Barnet/Finsbury Pk/Moorgate (7/0) Alexandra Palace/Finsbury Pk/Moorgate (7/6) D
Short Workings- Edgware & Golders Gn (Existing) A C Finchley Cen./Bank (7/0) East Finchley/Finsbury Pk/Moorgate (0/6) Archway/Bank (0/6) Finsbury Park,Low Level/Moorgate (14/0) B
(x/x) = Trains per hour (Peak/Off Peak) A - Some of the ten 9 Car trains would run on these routes in Peak Periods. B - 4 Car trains (2 Standard Stock Motors plus 2 Cammell Laird (ex Bakerloo) trailers. C - New platforms built to 9 Car length. D - New platforms built to 8 car length.
All Bank and Charing X trains continue on to Kennington, Tooting Broadway or Morden.

Quick request: anyone got a aerial photo or diagram of the layout of Edgware pre-1996? They did a lot of rebuilding then, and I'm curious how things have changed visually.

With reference to my Reply #21 -
The 1923 - 1925 stock had a single destination Blind above the door together with a triangular board undrneath that could show either 'Via Charing Cross' 'Via Bank' or 'Blank' after that, Motor cars had a two-line Board appeture.
