From TfL website....
NORTHERN LINE (EDGWARE BRANCH): Minor delays are occurring due to trespassers on the track earlier at Edgware.
Message received 7:14pm
Couldn't the trains be turned early at Brent Cross, thus minimising, or avoiding, any delays?

The reversing siding is at Colindale. No doubt the 'minor' delays is in reference to the use of this siding.

Turning trains in a single reversing siding would effectively limit the frequency to every 6 minutes, compared to the service frequency at that time of day of approx 3 to 4.5mins. So minor delays would be occuring. There may also be issues with trains that would have been taken out of service post rush hour at Edgware having to find an alternative place to stay.

The cattle would be in a strop even if the train was going to edgware. no doubt a few reversed at golders green, or as the sexy announcer says golders greeeen. As for the trespassers, maybe they were trying to walk to mill hill east and thought the trackbed was still in situ.

LU move customers from A to B, they used to do it via 'C'.

This seems to be a recurring theme at the moment, the Central was suspended last night for trespassers at Loughton. I'm not sure what the attraction is! ;D

Better view for a start, as compared to the 92 stock, of which i am not a big fan.

Theres nothing wrong with them, apart from..... unreliable DTS/Train Management Computer, uncomfortable seats in the saloons, rubbishy air con, poor handling, silly door chimes, odd announcements, spurious messages on the DTS...... What else can I say???

The depot trialled windscreen washers on 'C' Stock shortly after their refurb. They couldn't figure out why they never had to refill the bottles! ;D
