Pure guess - top one Hammersmith to Barons Court. Bottom maybe as above Parsons Green to East Putney.

That little spire at the top left looks like the school on New King's Rd,so between Puney Bridge and Parson's Grn.

"Straight" track is between Eastcote & Rayners Lane. "Twisted" track is the Met between Preston Rd & Wembley Park.
