Golders Green for the main. Though I may well be wrong, looking at the roads, it feels like Golders Green.

Snaresbrook +1 definitely I'd tend to think the inset is Scottish?

As a clue for the inset it's British but not Cornish or Scottish.

How old is the map? It doesn't mention the Victoria, Jubilee, or British Rail interchanges.

How old is the map? It doesn't mention the Victoria, Jubilee, or British Rail interchanges. I haven't got any further info than that provided already, certainly not when the picture was taken. Hopefully Chris M will spot this and be able to shed some light.

I assume it is from somewhere in the 60s, as that's when Holborn lost its Kingsway suffix (according to the very reliable Wikipedia)
Notice also that the District is at Mile End, but not at Ealing Broadway (Nor is the Circle at Notting Hill Gate).

Interestingly South Woodford does not carry it's George Lane? I think it was suffix, that is still present on the roundels at said station to this day.

I'm on the wrong computer to give precise details of when I took the picture, but I think it was around a month ago. Certainly very recently. I don't know when the map dates from.
