Comprehensively correct! I used to travel past there every day (still do most weeks) and when I do I walk over that very bridge... Personalised nostalgia leads me to always take a glance at the now very dead junction
EDIT to add that this picture I think must've been taken a while back? Either side of the tracks round there now is piled high with rails/sleepers etc ahead of the upcoming works

Indeed, the picture was taken on 23 March 2009.
My answer sheet says: Between Watford High Street and Bushey - bridge over old Croxley alignment.
