In relation to this message from the "Last 67 stock to run on..." thread: Slightly irrelevant, but why is Pimlico a destination on the destination blind? The Victoria line is sufficiently short that all stations are easilly accomodated on the blind length and thus available for display. Pimlico would take a fairly fluke set of circumstances to be displayed mind you, pretty much requiring a shuttle service Brixton to Victoria to be in operation and Victoria then closes (probably due to overcrowding) resulting in the train terminating at Pimlico and running empty to reverse. I never got to show it in my time as a Victoria Line driver / instructor, but I did get to show Blackhorse Road and Stockwell numerous times! What are the most common reversing points for a Victoria line train, not including Brixton or Walthamstow, both in normal traffic and for the next round engineering work, the Seven Sisters to Walthamstow work? Will they be able to reverse the whole service at Seven Sisters?

From south to North, Brixton, Victoria either via the two sidings to the south of the station or via the crossover at the north of the station, (both ways north to south and south to north), Warren Street both ways, Kings Cross north to south only via the sidings, Highbury both ways, Seven Sisters platform 4 north to south via the sidings, platform 5 south to north via the depot snowcover. During the SS to Walthamstow shutdown, everything will reverse at Seven Sisters.

You'd have to reverse 4 to 5 using the scissors in the depot approach road. Don't think you could get much of a service through there!
At the south end, Victoria, via the reversing sidings, the original terminus of the line.

Intermediate reverses that can be done in service (ie with passengers on board) are Warren Street south to north, Victoria south to north and Highbury south-to-north, these are colour light moves directly off the platform. Others require a empty stock move to shunt.
Wasn't Finsbury Park recently used on the blinds?

On the tour, I believe there was a fair amount of messing around with the blinds! Not sure if the 09's can display all stations on the DMI?

Not sure if the 09's can display all stations on the DMI? I would've thought that the DMIs could theoretically display anything...?

But doesn't it also depend on what destinations are already programmed into the system - then again any should be programmable? The 1992 stock on the Central, for example, can only display certain programmed destinations. I believe the same is true for the 95 and 96 stock too. However, the D stock and 73 stock can show any destination.
