Looking in the Ham & High local paper a few months ago, I saw a plan for National Rail plans to build platforms at West Hampstead, and integrate the NLL station into the present Jubilee station. Anything else become of this?

It's been rumoured for some while, but how serious the proposals are I don't know.

There is a full article on the Chiltern Railways website . The article has been there for some time, though as Chiltern seem to keep their site fairly up to date, it is probably safe to say that the plan is still under consideration.

Last night I spoke to the Station Master at London Marylebone (Chiltern). He confirmed that the plans for the West Hampstead interchange are still progressing (ie not shelved) but that it is a long term project (3 - 5 years).

This one came through the Systems Upgrades office. I'm a bit out of date now but it was only a "concept" plan, meaning that it was an idea on the back of a fag packet (probably a little unfair) which required some discussion as to it's viability.
Not that I'm cynical (nooooo!) but a lot of concept plans get made up in order for planning departments to use up remaining annual budgets. There's rarely any money to develop things past the concept stage as "phase 2" detailed planning takes a sizeable wedge to complete. I sensed that this was one such plan.
They tend to be shelved after a while but kept on file on the basis that, should something happen to put it back on the agenda, there's a ready-made concept document. However, by the time this happens the world has moved on and the concept work is mostly irrelevant to the new scheme. A classic case are the miriad of grand schemes for upgrading Holloway Road to reflect the location of Arsenal's new stadium. We screwed up at the bidding stage and so Arsenal have virtually no responsibility to pay for anything. The local council were much smarter and got a completely new refuse disposal plant. I don't think Holloway Road will be seeing anything like the schemes currently in file boxes in S&SD - formally Marketing-&-Planning. Mr Nobody is responsible of course.

I just spotted this on the Chiltern Railways website:
"QUESTION: What is happening with the proposal for a new station at West Hampstead? ANSWER: Laing Rail, Chiltern Railways owning company, have carried out a feasibility study. The issues involved are complex and, if the scheme is to be a success, it will need the support of the local authority, Transport for London, and the London Development Agency. We have put our proposed scheme to the London Development Agency and have invited them to pledge their support for it. Obviously, we are hopeful of a positive response."
Not quite as positive as the response given to me by the Station Master at Marylebone!
