Right, you've had a 100% success rate so far this month, so something a little more complex for your Friday: Question: Identify these stations and the link between them Station A: (click for a larger version) Station B: (click for a larger version) Station C: (click for a larger version) Station D: (click for a larger version) The insets in image C are numbered from left to right.

Inset D is next to the Royal Business Park next to Royal Albert Way (near Beckton Park Station) with London City Airport Runway in the foreground, viewed from London City Airport Car Park. The site is now occupied by the Temporary Olympic Media Bus Depot.
I hope that's detailed enough ;D.

Station C could be North Acton, I think.
Is Background B a view of Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness - ?

Station C could be North Acton, I think. Is Background B a view of Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness - ? Correct on both counts: Station C: North Acton - exterior [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Background B: Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness [Stuartpalmer] (click for a larger version) is inset A the Finsbury Park Tavern? Ummm, it doesn't match the answer on the card; with a bit of Google-Fu I don't think it's correct. I am happy to stand corrected though.

I'm amazed no-one has bagged inset C2 - just read what it says on the tin (well, on the clue photo - the original inset is too small).
"The House of the Government of the Russian Federation", also known as the Russian White House, in Moscow.

"The House of the Government of the Russian Federation", also known as the Russian White House, in Moscow. I can't argue with that, especially as it matches the answer on the card! Inset C2: The House of Russian Federation Government, colloquially known as "White House". Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, 05.05.2008 [Dmitri] (click for a larger version) The other guesses are incorrect I'm afraid, and no-one has yet had an attempt at the link between Crystal Palace, Hatch End and North Acton.

New lines started to serve all of those stations after their construction? All have closed platforms? Both are valliant efforts, but neither match the answer on the card. The link can be found outside of the ticket barrier. It isn't, wrong colour line. Right side of the District Line though.

Entrances are relevant, but it's not about which ones are opened or closed.

Is the link something to do with none of the station entrances actually being on a main road? North Acton station entrance is down some footpaths; Hatch End has a station forecourt; I think that Crystal Palace also has a forecourt of some sort.

I think that's close enough for me...
Link: The access to these stations is via approach roads, not direct from the street
