Just beat me to it, but the vehicle is a Baugley-Drewry railcar originally built for overhead maintainance of the Sheffield-Wath 1500V line. Now converted to passenger carrying.

The Balm Road branch is only used infrequently, usually on gala days. Also on gala days you may generally find me and the steam roller racing the trains further down the branch.
