B I believe is Canary Wharf? D reminds me of Walthamstow Central but so much has changed there recently!

Location C: Colliers Wood - bottom of escalator [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Any ideas for the link yet?

Well, I'll go for the link being "C W", with Walthamstow Central being the odd one out because it's a "W C" (no offence).
That gives Canada Water as a possible answer for A (which it doesn't look like to me) or as the replacement for the odd one out. But no idea what the fifth one is - Chorleywood might qualify at a pinch, but it's only one word. So I'll go with Canada Water for the replacement, and leave "A" open.

Link: These stations have initials "CW" except Walthamstow Central. Canada Water is the missing station. So now just the last location to get.
