Various rumours doing the round that the former Willesden 'F' Sidings ( on the Willesden Relief Line) just as it passes under the WCML on the ;Down (McVities Biscuit) Side (Park Royal) is to be Redeveloped for LOROL ( physically still connected and signalled although clipped/spiked oou) The non electrified siding is available off the Bi Directional Down Willesden Relief (down low level goods in old money)
Number of benefits including no low bridge on entry such as current Willesden depot approach 11'3"

Last I heard was that F sidings was a no no.. W.E.F.O.C. is being redeveloped instead.
