I seem to have made a mistake in the answer file, there is only one inset in image D. Sorry for any confusion.

Link: A faint letter "A" is visible (at least once, sometimes more than once) in all four photos.

Dunno if it's relevant, but the "A" shape echoes through all of the shots - the radio mast, the bridge, the door of the castle, the rooflines..

Link: A faint letter "A" is visible (at least once, sometimes more than once) in all four photos. I think that is just Chris M denoting what part of the image is part A?

Possibly for pics A & B, but if you look at the draincover in C, and the three "A"s in D, it suggests there's something more than that.

Just spotted a second "A" in the middle inset for photo B. This is fun, but I should be revising for interviews :-)

Answers so far: Inset A1: Alexandra Palace transmitter tower [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset A2: A La Ronde, Exmouth [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset B: Alnwick Castle 2013 [ howda62 ] (click for a larger version) Location D: Canada Water - payphone and alcove [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Clue: Background C: (click for a larger version) Still looking for locations A, B and C The letter A is relevant to the link but not what you have so far.
