It's not on Overground and the image above has not been modified.

It's quite ghostly when you enlarge it. It isn't on Overground, and there are no Underground-type conductor rails. The DLR is obviously 'out', and National Rail doesn't come into the quiz. So what could it be? A part of the MET beyond Amersham?

It's not on the Met - no part of which is AC-electrified.

National Rail doesn't come into the quiz. TfL Rail does though. The position of the signals suggests tracks paired by use. Is it the Brentwood bank?

So it's part of the Great Eastern main line, but operated by LT/LTE/TL?

So it's part of the Great Eastern main line, but operated by LT/LTE/TL? TfL Rail is the current name for the operation which will eventually be known as the Elizabeth Line. Separate from the Overground and the Underground, but operated, like the Overground and DLR, as a "concession" (rather than a "franchise") on behalf of TfL - in this case the operator is MTR. The GEML section was transferred to TfL in 2015, as the Anglia franchise was due for renewal. The GWML section will transfer later, and the connecting tunnel will be operated by the concession from its opening.
