D is Abbey Road. I have an idea for the link but without the other answers I can't be certain.

Is C Willesden Green? If so the connection could be stations on fare zone boundaries with Kennington being zones 1/2 and the others 2/3.

Location C: Willesden Green - gates to platform 1 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Link and odd one out: These are all stations in zones 2 and 3, except for Kennington in zones 1 and 2

D is not Abbey Road, looks like Stratford High Street, on the left is the point work of the east exit from the Jubilee Line Stratford Market Depot.

I think it is Abbey Road and the JL tracks are the west entry to the depot. I have to admit my answer wasn't fully correct though, as Abbey Road isn't a zone 2/3 border station but fully in zone 2. Anyway between us all, we seem to have got close enough!

I’ve just had a look at the online tube map and Abbey Rd is definitely listed as zone 2/3

D Had another look a the photo and yes its Abbey Road, with the west exit from Stratford Market Depot, just noticed the staff footbridge from the Control Tower leading to holding roads 1 & 2 inside the depot fence.

I’ve just had a look at the online tube map and Abbey Rd is definitely listed as zone 2/3 So it is. I was looking at the paper pocket map in poor lighting. Hadn't realised there's an actual 'zone 2/3' shown with its own shading. I should have turned it over and checked the index too...
