Agree that D looks like Mile End. B looks like Cambridge Heath.

Inset 1 is a statue of Lenin and judging by the architecture, somewhere in Eastern Europe. I imagine it's one of Dmitri's pictures.

Inset 1 is obviously the odd one out as: A. It's not in England and all the others are B. It has nothing to do with railways and all the others are railway related.

Localities (well, what the locations are near to) are relevant, but roads are the wrong mode of transport in this case.

Blackfriars - by the River Fleet (and Thames) Hackney Wick - by the River Lea Elverson Road - by the River Ravensbourne Mile End - By the Regents Canal All nearby navigable or former navigable waterways but Mile End not a river.

Link and odd one out: These are all in close proximity to a river, except Mile End which is close to the Regent's Canal Blackfriars: River Thames Elverson Road: River Ravensbourne Hackney Wick: River Lea/Lee
