Woodford Junction for the main image. Not sure on the inset, but from the protective planking over the third rail I’m inclined to say somewhere in the US.

Taking Arun's observation, I've looked at what systems use third rail with protective planking like this. I'm going to suggest it might be on the blue line of the Kolkata metro, but exactly where I'm not entirely sure!

Makes sense - The Delhi Metro is a pretty swish & modern system. The Calcutta system does seem to be more crude/less finished in appearance.
