Opening of SMD train staff depot!!

Any one know what section 7 of the Train Staff Transfer and Promotion Arrangements is?

OPENING OF NEW STRATFORD DEPOT JUBILEE LINE

Regarding Staff positions following the opening of Stratford Depot, this letter is to inform you that you have successfully secured a place at North Greenwich Depot.

It's not at the fleet depot, but at the station and in the shape of a ship (no jubilee/titanic jokes please!).
It is also the first depot to be delivered by PPP!

Some of us have already cracked the jokes here on the Stratford Group about 'The Boat'; various, 'Well that ship has sailed,' comments and the like. It's just round the back of the GSMs complex on Platform 13.
