I'm thinking it could be somewhere out on the eastern end of the District line, because it doesn't look like anywhere on the DC lines, so is it Upminster Bridge?

Not the LTS but the Premier Line, Headstone Lane undergoing its never ending upgrade.

I'm going to go the opposite to that. It's a NR signal, there are NR datums (data) on the platform wall and the fourth rail hasn't been used recently judging by the colour of it.
Having perused Google Earth I'm going to go with Headstone Lane. Outside platforms and an engineer's crossing at the south end.
<edit>Whilst perusing, lnwrelectric beat me to it, so it's a +1 from me</edit>

The London & North Western Railway always claimed that they were the 'Premier Line' in pre-grouping days. The comment was aimed at the Midland but it was the GWR board that seemed to take most notice when they asked thier Locomotive Superintendant, George Jackson Churchward, why his locomotives cost twice that of the L&NWR ones. His response ws 'because one of mine will pull two of thier bloody things backwards'!
By the way, Headstone Lane +4. The fourth rail is lying in the 'four foot' and not on 'pots' like it should be so DC lines north of Harrow and Wealdstone it is.

Oh yes - that's def. New Lines territory (as opposed to electrified lines in the New Territories) and Premier Line [1] Headstone Lane it is!

The London & North Western Railway always claimed that they were the 'Premier Line' in pre-grouping days. A claim based on the first inter-city route (the Liverpool & Manchester Railway) having being one of its constituents. Interestingly, when the H&C first got a separate identity there was a proposal to name it the Premier Line - presumably because it includes the oldest part of the Underground. Regency Line was another suggestion, presumably because it passes close to Regents Park.
