Looks familiar but I can't place it, however, the weatherproof phone is a Redatron Magneto (or might be CB) instrument. I'm struggling to think of a tube station that still has a signal cabin, the label would/should read Regulator or Signal Operator if the signal cabin is remote from the station. Having said that the label could be pre-centralisation of signal control.
Thinking cap on !!!!! Drawing a blank so far!

Mmm! The tiles are right and Liverpool Street is one of the stations that was fitted out with white enamel panelling and doors during refurbishment. I think it's a good guess.

Well the inset is Regent's Canal. Think it's somewhere around Kings Cross?

Looks like the Regent's Canal near Camden Road. I'll give you that, as I took it en route from Camden Road station to the canal. Specifically, it's the archway to Regents Canal towpath at Baynes Street/Royal College Street junction, Camden
