Between Blackwall and East India, looking east. The apartments in the distance are the ones alongside East India station.
The right hand side of the picture is correct, the left hand side is mirror image.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say the inset is St Margaret's, Barking. My answer sheet says Barking Abbey as taken by Chris M. I don't know the area, so I'm presuming they are one and the same.
