Well, the background is looking over the Royal Naval College, Greenwich, towards Canary Wharf. Not sure about the main building.

My first thought was also Woodford, but I'm not sure. It looks like it could be Barkingside.

Barons Court perhaps (I'm remembering the Christmas Meet quiz from the other year).
