Heads are normally bracketed off in front of 'main' posts where junction heads are present (the latter being mounted atop the main post), but how common is it for non-junction 4-hood heads to be so bracketed, as in the above Chiswick Park pic? Is it something to do with the easier/safer access to the back of the head if it is bracketed? I would welcome pictures showing any variations. Russ
