I'll go with Burnt Oak, north end, looking north, as well. The third rectabgle from the left is the northbound starting signal, which was re-located there when 9-car trains were introduced back in 1938 (Burnt Oak and Edgware). The 'extended' platform was on the bit from where the photographer is standing to near the starting signal. Hope I am right after all that !!
