Does anyone have ANY detail on the signalling from E Fin to Mill Hill/Barnet and Leyton to Epping as installed in the 1940s? I'm after the running order of all signals on all lines, locations of Distant discs, signals removed or changed etc. Have seen what Harsig has posted on net but if anyone else has maps or can list signals as described above, would be a help.
Especially need Hainault, Leytonstone, Woodford, Loughton, debden (even if up to 90s resignalling), mill hill, e fin, barnet and fin central (before removal of goods yards).

I can recall what the track layout was like at Fin Cen in the late 1950s: I must have spent a total of several days looking at it while waiting for southbound trains. But I can't recall the detail of the signalling.
One unusual one was a repeater (not a fog repeater) showing yellow or green to southbound trains approaching Fin Cen from the Barnet line.

Possibly in view of the sharp curve towards West Finchley to the north of the station?

I *think* the signal in question is NQ300, or at least it was last time I bagged a ride up that way
