I reckon we have 2 images here that have very cleverly been altered by SE13. Surely, he wouldn't be that generous? ;D
I reckon one is Hackney Wick. The other, complete guess, could be Ealing Common.
The inset looks like the river Boutonne, from the opposite bank to the main road out of St Sav? No idea why this would have been chosen though.

Is it just me or is the light shining on the wall in the background and the Hackney Wick sign much brighter than that shining on the painted wall in the foreground?
The inset (on the fence) obviously covers a local station sign; that suggests to me that the foreground is in fact not Hackney Wick; SE13 wouldn't hide one sign and parade Hackney Wick in another if he hadn't blended two photos.
I believe the plants belong to the picture in the foreground due to the bit visible through the gap in the door/gate on the far right edge.

With all that in mind, my guess is North Acton.

Can I just add that I don't do anything aside from post the pictures, ChrisM does all the work and sends me the links. I just post them because I'm on here at (sometimes) silly times early in the morning.
I'm not responsible for any alterations.
I have to say that I try to solve them myself as well before seeing the answers, and I've not been very successful over the years! Picc and Central London stations I know reasonably well, but after that.........

I think the inset is the old bridge across the River Lea near Canning Town, which I think used to carry a goods line to East India Dock.
