Similarly, one edition of the District/Circle/H&C in-car maps wrongly put an NR symbol next to Embankment aswell as the smaller symbol in the lozenge indicating Charing Cross. This was, rightly, removed on the next reprint.

No. The DLR and NR services call at the same station (just different halves of it that were not directly linked until recently, but which was still more of an interchange than West Hampstead).
