...read Flickr! Evening All, Some of you may remember that I had a collection of 1960s vintage London Transport pictures on my Fotopic site. As I am sure you will by now know, Fotopic went belly up in March and, like everybody elses, my pictures went with it! I have been busy since then re-publishing my pictures on Flickr. There are still a lot to do, but I have done the London Transport ones and if anybody didn't see them on Fotopic, and would like to now, they are in a London Railways collection and here's the link : www.flickr.com/photos/train-pix/collections/72157626475096102/I hope that they are (still) of interest. Absolutely splendid photos! A whole era of stock that I missed the chance to travel on by a few decades to say the least, and looks mighty impressive!

Brilliant photos, I especially like the photos of the Metropolitan line pre-A stock and also the photos of the trains on the GN&C pre BR. Thanks for sharing!

Great stuff. As you say, shame about the 1920ts being scrapped - would never happen now!!!

Ronh. You know my thoughts on your pictures. It's great to have them back. They are superb referances for someone like me who models that era. Thanks.

Very nice set. I dimly remember travelling on the T stock as a young child - they had separate compartments like BR trains. I would love to see a picture of an interior but have never come across one. I'd like to see just how good my memory is.
