C69/77 stock with inspection lights?

A friend of mine has uploaded a picture to Facebook of the middle of a C stock formation showing the area beneath the middle cab and end of the UNDM all lit up down onto the track at Liverpool Street? Anyone have any info on inspection gear fitted to C stock?

Auto Visual Inspection Train

The train has a special camera and extra lights in front and underneath of the train

That would have been my guess too. I remember the A stock used to go on runs occasionally. Units 5020+5234 did it and more recently 5165 IRC.

D Stock unit 7070 is usually fitted too.
(bronzeonion remember C Stock don't have UNDM cars )
