Kilburn Park this afternoon

First of all, this thread has been cleared with ChrisW, and I am only after the facts of the matter, not speculation.

For a large part of the afternoon, the TfL website has been showing Kilburn Park station as being "open for exit only due to a customer incident". The Bakerloo line (to the best of my knowledge) has also continued to run a "good service" throughout, so does anyone have any information as to what's gone on please?

There was a major spillage on the stairs (used whilst escalator work is carried out) meaning that there was effectively no way down into the station. The 'up' escalator was running as normal so exit was unimpeded. I'll try and find out what it was when I go in tomorrow.
