Kennington station is closed because of an incident outside the station.
What is the particular incident?

Things such as this are often done at police request when they want to limit the people in the area or where the route to the station entrance is blocked/of reduced capacity, although obviously TfL can also do it on their own initiative. This could be because of a disturbance of some sort, a crime scene, a demonstration, a road accident, a planned police operation, a fire, burst water main, any number of things.

There was a serious RTA nearby between a car and a motor cycle. All buses were being diverted via Kennington Lane and Kennington Road.
