There used to be a transfer point at Aldersgate (now Barbican)

Then the Farringdon photo was a good friday! Or possibly the Friday before Xmas True. But I'm asking: was it solely route knowledge or was there something more? |

Now as for the '38 stock photo it's nice thinking but wrong. The normal transfer of stock from the NC was via Kings Cross loop/Highgate wood and Finsbury Park/Drayton Park. The reason for this one being at Earls Court is much more mundane A and D ends the wrong way round. 1970 IIRC (Got a book with the pic in so cheating). |
