Can anybody shed any light on what is happening to the remains of the surface building that was once City Road station?
A steel skeleton seems to be taking shape over the site but will it be a new vent or a block of flats or something else?

The waste heat from the tunnels is going to be captured and used to heat nearby properties. Londonist ran a short piece about it earlier this year. |

AIUI this is something that is or was being considered for some sites, but I've never seen City Road suggested as one of those with potential for this.
